What is vascular disease?


Every organ in the body needs energy to function.  A major portion of that energy comes from Oxygen that is carried in blood.  The heart pumps blood through blood vessels to every part of the body.  Vascular disease is referred to conditions affecting the blood circulation.  It includes diseases of the arteries, the veins, the lymph vessels, and/or blood disorders.
